How do you add CBD to a smoothie? It’s easy!
You can make your smoothie with whatever ingredients appeal to you, then simply add your desired amount of Hempward Original CBD tincture and blend for another 10-15 seconds or until it’s fully incorporated. Remember, the amount of CBD used can differ from person to person, so we recommend if you're a new CBD user to start slow in your dosing. As you increase your dose you can add more CBD oil to your smoothies as well.

Here are four of our favorite CBD infused smoothie recipes:
½ cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen banana, peeled
1 cup soy milk (or milk of choice)
4-5 ice cubes
1 teaspoon honey (said to have antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties)
1 milliliter Hempward Original CBD oil
1. Blend the strawberries, banana, soy milk, and ice cubes until smooth.
2. Add the honey and CBD oil and continue to blend.
3. Pour smoothie into tall glass or to-go container and enjoy immediately!
